Bob Marley’s ‘One Love’ being re-released to help children upended by COVID crisis

(July 9, 2020) In May 2021, Bob Marley will have been dead for 40 years, yet his music is as fresh and beloved as is was at the height of his considerable musical powers.

One Love, part of Bob Marley & the Wailers 1977 Exodus album and containing an interpretation of The Impressions‘ song “People Get Ready” written by Curtis Mayfield, is one Marley’s most beautiful and poignant songs. Now, it is poised to inspire and comfort a new generation, as a re-release is planned with the blessing of the musician’s family to support UNICEF and children whose lives have been upended by COVID-19, UINCEF said today.

Millie Bobby Brown is the face of a line of Pandora jewellery. Brown is a 17 year old British actor who is noted for her performance as the character Eleven in the Netflix science fiction horror series Stranger Things.
